Customizing Your Practice

Setting Your Music and Voice

Once you've started a practice, tap the screen to reveal the playback controls, then use the Music/Voice mixing slider to adjust the balance between the music and the instructor's voice (drag toward Voice to hear the instructor more).

After you have set the Music/Voice ratio that you prefer, you can use your device to increase or decrease the overall volume.

We offer many categories of music and are constantly adding new options!

On the Practice tab, tap the gear (settings) icon to open your full practice settings, then tap Music and choose the music style you'd like. Your choice is applied right away.

You can turn the in-app music off on the Practice tab: tap the gear (settings) icon to open your full practice settings, tap Music, then tap None for the music type!

If you'd like to play your own music, you can do so through other apps on your device. However, while the audio cues are turned up to max volume by default on phones and tablets, sometimes this isn't enough to overpower the sound coming from Spotify/iTunes/etc.

In those cases, we recommend either using an external speaker to play music, or using the web version (https://www.downdogapp.com/app) on a laptop or desktop, with your music turned down in the background.

Yoga, Prenatal, Meditation, HIIT, and Pilates

We currently offer multiple English-speaking voices in these apps. On the Practice tab, tap the gear (settings) icon to open your full practice settings, then tap Voice and pick the voice you'd like (tap a voice to hear a sample). Your choice is applied right away.

We also offer several non-English speaking voices in these apps. To hear a different language, go to the Account tab and tap Language.

Yoga, Prenatal, Meditation, HIIT, and Pilates

You can change the language by going to the Account tab and tapping Language!

Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, and Pilates:

You can turn up the amount of talking by opening your full practice settings (on the Practice tab, tap the gear icon) and then tapping on Instruction. Tap Full to receive the most amount of instruction we offer.

HIIT:

Open your full practice settings, tap Explanation, and choose Full.

Meditation:

To receive the most instruction we offer, set your Guidance Amount to Most, and set your Longest Silence to a short time like 30 seconds or 1 minute.

Barre:
We currently do not offer the ability to change the amount of talking on Barre.

Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, and Pilates:

You can turn down the amount of talking by opening your full practice settings (on the Practice tab, tap the gear icon) and then tapping on Instruction. Choose Less — that's the quietest option on our current practice types, and we plan to add an even quieter Least option to them in the near future. (Some of our older yoga practice types already offer Least.)

HIIT:

Open your full practice settings, tap Explanation, and choose Least.

Meditation:

To receive the least instruction we offer, open your full practice settings and set your Guidance Amount to Least, and set your Longest Silence to a longer duration such as 5 minutes or more! To remove the spoken topic (the short talk) entirely, tap Theme and choose No Theme — your practice will then be just guided breathing and cues.

Barre:
We currently do not offer the ability to change the amount of talking on Barre.

Tips for Beginner Yogis

Yoga:

There are a few settings you can adjust to slow down your practice - we recommend experimenting with them all! To find them, go to the Practice tab and tap the settings (gear) icon to open your full Practice Settings.

Transition Speed

Find Transition Speed and drag the slider to Slowest to allow for the most time transitioning between one pose and another. Please note older practice types do not support this feature.

Hold Lengths

Find Hold Lengths and drag the slider to Longest to allow for the most time in each pose. Please note older practice types do not support this feature.

Warmup and Cooldown

Set your Warmup and Cooldown to Extended. Please note older practice types do not support these features.

Instruction Level

To get the most instruction and pointers, you can also set your Instruction level to Full.

Practice Types

You might also try setting your practice Type to Gentle or Hatha rather than Vinyasa, to leave out the vinyasa flows/chaturangas. Or if you're looking to slow things down even more, set your practice Type to Yin, or Restorative!

Your changes apply as soon as you make them; tap Save to close your settings.

Prenatal Yoga:

Open your Practice Settings (tap the gear icon on the Practice tab) and set your Pace to Slowest to spend the most time in each pose. To get the most instruction and pointers, you can also set your Instruction level to Full Explanation.

HIIT:

You can change the time spent on each exercise. Open your Practice Settings (tap the gear icon on the Practice tab) and adjust Exercise Length. You can also adjust the rest time in between exercises by adjusting Recovery.

Yoga:

Set Your Level

If you're new to yoga we recommend starting with Level Beginner 1, found in your Practice Settings.

Choose Your Practice Type

For a softer practice that includes standing poses as well as floor poses, try Practice Type Gentle.

For a restful practice with only floor poses, try Restorative, or Yin, which will allow for the longest holds in the poses.

For a faster, flowing, more energetic practice, try Vinyasa.

If you want to flow less, skip the chaturangas, and let the heat build by holding poses longer, try Hatha.

Instruction Level

Set your Instruction level to Full to receive the most detailed instructions.

Set Your Transition Speed and Hold Length

If you want to slow your practice down further, we recommend adjusting your Transition Speed to Slowest and your Hold Lengths to Longest. Please note older practice types do not support these features.

Extend Your Warmup and Cooldown

For Practice Types of Vinyasa, Hatha, and Gentle, adjust your Warmup and Cooldown to Extended. Please note older practice types do not support these features.

Like and Exclude Poses
For Practice Types of Vinyasa, Hatha, and Gentle, "like" poses and see them more often in your practice, or "dislike" poses and you'll never see them again.

To find these settings, go to the Practice tab and tap the settings (gear) icon to open your full Practice Settings.

Prenatal Yoga:

If you're new to yoga we recommend starting with Level Beginner 1, found in your Practice Settings (tap the gear icon on the Practice tab).

For a restful practice, we recommend starting out with Restorative, which is all floor work and will allow for the longest holds in the poses.

Meditation:

If you're new to meditation, we recommend keeping your Longest Silence fairly short - the default is 2 minutes, but you can shorten it all the way down to 30 seconds if you'd prefer to have less silence and more guidance. You can also set your Guidance Amount to Most to get the most instruction we offer!

HIIT

Our default settings are a great place to start!

If HIIT is too challenging on Level 1, try Level 0! You can also try spending a shorter time on each exercise. You can adjust this in your Practice Settings (tap the gear icon on the Practice tab) by changing your Exercise Length. You'll be surprised how big a difference 5 or 10 seconds can make! You can also decrease the length of your overall workout, and increase the length of each Recovery between exercises.

We offer two practice types, Rotation and Progression. Select Progression to move through different parts of the body always in the same order, or choose Rotation to move through different parts of the body but mix up the order across different practices!

Barre:

You can adjust the difficulty by changing the length of your workout. Experienced athletes should start with 15 or 20 minutes, and work their way up if they want an additional challenge. If you're a beginner, you might want to start with just 5 minutes every day or 10 minutes every other day. Keep it up, and you'll be ready for longer workouts in no time!

Because everybody is different, you might try moving up one level and see how that feels. Some days you may want to go down a level, other days you may feel like trying something new! Most importantly, listen to the feedback your body gives you, and move slowly and with control.

The Facebook Community, accessible from the About Down Dog page (tap the Account tab, then About Down Dog), is a great resource for getting advice from other people using the app!

Yoga:

Try Yoga Nidra

You can find Yoga Nidra in the Yoga app under Practice Type.

Note: Yoga Nidra is audio only - there will be no video.

A lot of people enjoy setting the Music to Nature Sounds, Ambient, Brain Waves or Piano and Strings in the app. Try out a few and see which one you prefer!

If you're new to Yoga Nidra, we recommend listening to it with Instruction set to Full Explanation or Default.

You can also use Yoga Nidra to fall asleep. After selecting Yoga Nidra as your Practice Type, tap Boost and select Sleep!

Meditation:

Meditation and breathing practices are included right in the main Down Dog yoga app (version 8.0.0 or above) — tap Type on the start-practice home screen and choose the Meditation tab. We also have a stand-alone app dedicated to meditation and breathing — check it out at Meditation!

If you're new to meditation, to receive the most instruction we offer, tap the gear icon to open your settings, then set your Guidance Amount to Most and your Longest Silence to a short time like 30 seconds or 1 minute.

In Meditation, the short talk on a topic is controlled by the Theme setting. To skip it entirely, open your practice settings, tap Theme, and choose No Theme. Your practice will then be just guided breathing and gentle cues to keep you anchored — with no talk on a topic.

If you'd also like to fine-tune how often the spoken cues come, adjust your Guidance Amount (lower for fewer cues) and Longest Silence (longer for more silence in between).

Breath of Fire is a traditional energizing breathing technique built around quick, rhythmic exhales powered by the belly — so if you hear rapid breathing in the audio during a breathing exercise, that's the technique being demonstrated, not a problem with the recording!

Breath of Fire appears in our Breathing Meditation and Breathing + Guided Meditation practice types. If it's not for you, use the Breath Exercise setting to choose a specific exercise (or a calming focus) instead, and your practices won't include it.

Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing guided meditation. In the main yoga app, you can find it under Practice Type.

You can also use Yoga Nidra to fall asleep! After selecting Yoga Nidra as your Practice Type, tap Boost and set your boost to Sleep!

We have a vibrant and supportive Down Dog Community on Facebook that you can join to ask for advice and share your progress! You can also follow us on Instagram to get tips and connect with others who practice with Down Dog!

More Practice Settings

Yoga

Yes! Open your Practice Settings (go to the Practice tab and tap the settings gear icon) and tap View Poses. From here you can "dislike" poses and they will be excluded from any future practice.

On the View Poses page, you can also "like" select poses, which will increase the probability that they will appear in future practices.

Please note that the Liked and Excluded poses feature is only available for the new practice types of Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Gentle, and Hatha. Older practice types do not support this feature.

Please also note that liking/disliking poses will impact variety.

HIIT

Yes! In your Practice Settings, tap Mix. Each body part has a slider — drag a body part's slider all the way down to leave it out of your practice. If a body part can be broken down further, tap it to expand it and toggle the individual options on or off.

Prenatal, Barre

We don't currently have this feature, but it's definitely on our list! For now you can skip any pose you don't like by swiping left on the video (or tapping the forward/skip control) when it comes up.

From View Poses, you can also "dislike" poses and they will be excluded from any future practice.

Yes! In your Practice Settings, tap Mix. Each body part has a slider — drag it up to get more of that body part in your practice, or all the way down to leave it out.

Yes. From the Practice tab, open your practice settings (the gear icon) and tap the View Poses option. There you'll find a Search field — type a pose name to find it.

For any pose in the list, tap the thumbs up icon to like it (so it shows up more often) or tap thumbs down to dislike it (so it's left out). Tap again to clear your choice.

On the Practice tab, tap the practice-type selector to open the full list of practice types. Use the filters at the top to browse by group, or tap the Search icon and type to find a specific practice type. Tap one to select it for your next practice.

Yes! There are a few ways to save a practice for offline use. Note this only works on the mobile apps (iPhone, iPad, and Android), not on the web.

Download a practice you've never done before

Tap the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap Offline Practices. Tap Create Offline Practice and it will create and start downloading a new practice using your current settings.

Download a practice you've already done

Tap the Activity tab at the bottom of the screen and switch to Practice History. Tap any practice in the list, then tap the Download button.

Note that this will only work for practices in your History that are from the app you are currently using. For example, if you have previously used the Meditation app to do a breathing practice, and you are currently using the Yoga app to view your History, the breathing practice you previously did will appear in your History list. Because this prior practice is from a different app than you are currently viewing, a little blue icon will appear next to this practice reflecting that it is from the Meditation app. You must go to the Meditation app and access your History from there to have the option of downloading the breathing practice.

View a downloaded practice

Tap the Account tab, then tap Offline Practices. Any practice you see displayed has been downloaded and is ready to be played without an internet connection!

Please note, because of licensing restrictions, our music will not accompany saved favorites when you are offline.

Yes! Prenatal Yoga is included in all subscriptions. In the main Down Dog yoga app (version 8.0.0 or above), tap Type on the start-practice home screen and choose the Prenatal tab. You can tailor your practice by trimester, with many of the same boosts our other yoga practices offer plus some special ones specific to pregnancy.

We currently offer a single model in most of our apps. The HIIT app is the exception — it offers two models to choose from!

As we continue to grow, we'd love to add more choices for you.

Closed captions/subtitles are available for every language we offer!

Here's how to turn them on:
1. Start a practice
2. Tap the screen to bring up the controls, then tap the Settings (gear) icon
3. Toggle Show Subtitles to the ON position

To turn subtitles off, follow the same steps and toggle Show Subtitles back off.

Other Fun Features

Yes, we support Chromecast!

Here's how to use it:
1. Make sure your Chromecast-enabled device (such as a TV) is turned on and is on the same WiFi network as your phone, tablet, or computer, and that you have the latest version of the app. (If you're casting from a computer, use Chrome.)
2. Start a practice.
3. Tap the screen to bring up the controls, then tap the Chromecast button (it looks like a rectangle with three quarter-circles in the bottom corner). It's in the top-right cluster of controls on a phone or tablet, and in the bottom control row on the web.
4. Wait up to a minute for the practice to load on your TV, then tap play.

Yes! On an iPhone or iPad, start a practice and tap the screen to bring up the controls, then tap the AirPlay button in the top-right cluster of controls and choose your AirPlay device.

You can also use screen mirroring if you prefer — for more information, go to Apple's support page

While the practice controls are showing, a horizontal strip of pose thumbnails (the pose timeline) appears just above the progress bar. Scroll through it and tap any pose to jump straight to that point in your practice.

If you'd like the progress bar to stay on screen while the practice is playing, open your playback settings and turn on Keep Timeline Visible.

Yes!

Save a Practice You Just Completed

If you’d like to save a practice right after you've finished it, tap the heart (Add to Favorites) on the post-practice page. This saves it to your Favorites and adds a Heart icon to the practice.

Save a Previous Practice from your History

Tap the Activity tab at the bottom of the screen and switch to Practice History. Tap the heart on any practice in the list to favorite it, or open a practice and tap the heart (Add to Favorites) there. Either way it gets a Heart icon.

To see only your favorites, use the filter at the top of Practice History and choose Favorites.

Fun Fact!

You can rename ANY practice in your History (whether or not it's a favorite). Open the practice, tap the More (•••) button, and choose Rename Practice.

Yes! Naming an individual practice is a great way to stay organized and it will help you remember why you loved it!

You can label ANY practice in your History (regardless of whether it's a favorite or not). Tap the Activity tab at the bottom of the screen, switch to Practice History, and tap the practice you want to name. Then tap the More (•••) button and choose Rename Practice to give it a name.

After completing your practice, tap the Share icon on the practice tile. Or, from a practice in your History or Favorites (under the Activity tab), open the practice, tap the More (•••) button, and choose Share this Practice to get a link to share with your friends.

When your friends click the link, they will be taken to the app, and they will get a pop-up message about the saved practice. They should tap Yes to make sure it gets saved to their Favorites!

Unfortunately, we no longer support Google Fit.

Google made some changes that it made it very hard to continue integrating Google Fit into our offerings.

Yes! If you are having trouble connecting, here are some tips:
1. Check that your app is connected to Health. Open the app and tap the Account tab in the bottom navigation bar. Is there a Connect Apple Health option? If so, tap it. (If it already says Connected to Apple Health, you're connected.)
2. Open the Health App on your phone, and click the data sources tab. Is Down Dog listed as a data source? This is to double check Down Dog is connected. If it isn't (but there was no option to connect within Down Dog), let us know!
3. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and then logging in and reconnecting to Apple Health.

Unfortunately, Apple Health isn't supported on iPad, and we don't support tracking your practices across devices (although we may some day).

No.

To see the songs that played during a practice, tap the Activity tab at the bottom of the screen and switch to Practice History. Tap the practice you want, then tap the Playlist card to see the full list of songs that played during that practice!

Tracking Your Progress

Tap the Activity tab at the bottom of the screen.

The Activity tab has two views you can switch between with the toggle near the top: Dashboard and Practice History.

The Dashboard shows stat tiles at the top — tap the ••• on a tile to choose which stat it displays (for example total practices, hours practiced, or your weekly streak). Below that is a monthly calendar that highlights the days you practiced; tap a highlighted day to open that practice. Scroll down to find any active Challenges and your Milestones Achieved.

Switch the toggle to Practice History to see a dated list of all your past practices, with a filter for viewing only your Favorites.

A Challenge is a personal goal that adds structure and motivation to your practice — you pick how often you want to practice and for how long, and the app tracks your progress.

There are a few ways to start one: tap the challenge banner on your Practice tab if it appears, find Challenges on your Activity tab dashboard, or use the option on the page shown right after you finish a practice.

When setting up a challenge you'll choose your practice Frequency (how many practices per day, week, or month), the Duration (how long it lasts), and whether to turn on Reminders. Tap Start Challenge to confirm.

Once it's running, open My Challenge from your Activity dashboard to see your progress, toggle reminders, or end the challenge.

Making Changes to Your Account Settings

You likely created multiple Down Dog accounts by accident. You should try logging out of the app and logging back in with any other email addresses you may have used. Please note that your subscription works across all of our apps and on all of your devices (including the web version), but you must be signed in with the same email you used to make the purchase. Note that Apple, Google, and PayPal may have sent receipts to the email address you have associated with those services, and not the email address you used to log into Down Dog.

If you subscribed from within the mobile app using Apple iTunes or Google Play, tap the Account tab, tap Account Details, and under My Data tap Restore In-App Purchase (this option appears when you're not currently subscribed). Be sure to do this from within the same app in which you made the original purchase.

If you subscribed via PayPal and you don't have access to your subscription, your payment most likely did not succeed. You can check this from within your PayPal account, or by opening the Account tab where you may see a subscription that only lasts a few days. If this is the case, you were not actually charged and you can attempt to make the purchase again by visiting our website. You may have more success paying with a credit card directly rather than using PayPal.

1. Tap the Account tab at the bottom of the screen.
2. Tap Account Details.
3. Next to your Email Address, tap Edit, type the email you'd like to use, and tap Save.

1. Tap the Account tab at the bottom of the screen.
2. Tap Account Details.
3. Next to Password, tap Edit, then fill in the new password in the New Password and Confirm Password fields
4. Tap Save

If you have forgotten your password, just enter your email and an incorrect password at the login screen. Then, click the Forgot Password? option.

1. Tap the Account tab at the bottom of the screen.
2. Tap Account Details.
3. Tap Unlink Google (or Unlink Facebook or Unlink Apple).

If your account doesn't yet have a password, you'll be prompted to add one first: fill in the New Password and Confirm Password fields and tap Save. After that you can sign in with your email and password.

Should you decide to leave us, you can delete your account on mobile or on the web. Please note that once your account is deleted, you will lose your paid subscription as well as your history and saved practices and it cannot be restored!

1. Tap the Account tab at the bottom of the screen.
2. Tap Account Details.
3. Scroll down to My Data and tap Delete Account.
4. When prompted to confirm, tap OK on both pop ups.

Yes! If you've ended up with more than one account, we can merge them for you. Just reply with the email addresses for both accounts, and let us know which one you'd like to keep — we'll combine them so your subscription and practice history are all in one place.

Upon purchase of a subscription, we send a receipt to the email address associated with your subscription.

Unfortunately, receipts cannot be resent. If you need to locate the original receipt, we recommend searching in your email for the subject line "YOUR DOWN DOG RECEIPT." Make sure to check your spam folder!

We try not to send too many emails, but please note that emails are a primary way we let our community know of special sales and new features!

To unsubscribe from our emails, just tap the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send you. If you'd like to opt back in or have trouble unsubscribing, reach out to us through Support and we'll take care of it.

No. Subscriptions start as soon as you purchase — including during a free trial: subscribing starts your paid subscription immediately, and any remaining trial days are forfeited (they are not added to the end of your subscription).

If you are in a free trial period, you may want to wait until the trial is over to purchase, however if we are running a special sale, this may mean missing out on the best price - we know this can make it a hard decision!

Whether we're running a special sale or not, our website usually offers the best price at the time, so make sure to go to downdogapp.com/subscribe when you're ready to purchase!

Subscription purchases give you access to all of our content: Yoga, HIIT, Barre, Prenatal Yoga, Meditation, and Pilates — we do not currently offer the option to purchase just one practice type.

In the main Down Dog yoga app (version 8.0.0 or above), everything is included in that one app: tap Type on the start-practice home screen to switch between practice types. We also still offer separate apps for each practice type, all covered by the same subscription — if you use those, just log in everywhere with the same sign-in method and email address.

Yes! Make sure to use the same email to log in that you used when you subscribed.

No. We currently do not offer this.

If you had free access during the COVID pandemic: that access came through our free-access programs, which were temporary. Our "forever" message meant that those programs will be available forever — not that individual accounts received lifetime subscriptions — so free access from that time has since ended. We apologize for any confusion this caused!

No. We currently do not offer this.

Unfortunately, we do not support Apple Family Sharing.

Thank you for your interest! We have discontinued our affiliate program, so unfortunately not. Sorry!

Open the Account tab and find the Refer a friend card. Tap Share Referral Link to send your unique link to a friend — when they sign up through it, they'll get extra free days to try Down Dog. Some versions also include a Learn More button with the details.

Go to the Account tab and tap Enter Code. Type your code into the field and tap Submit. You'll see a confirmation message letting you know whether the code was applied.

Troubleshooting

Here are some steps you can take to try and get sound out of the app:

• Have you made sure that your device itself isn't muted? You can check this by playing music or audio through a different app.
• Have you checked that the in-app volume is on? Once you've started a practice, tap the screen to bring up the controls and look for the slider labeled Music on the left and Voice on the right. To hear both music and voice, make sure it's adjusted near the middle!
• Have you tried closing & reopening the app?
• Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
• Have you tried using the web version of Down Dog (https://www.downdogapp.com/app) to see if you have the same issue?

Here are a few things you can try:

1. Uninstall and reinstall the app

2. Switch to lower quality video. Start a practice, then tap the screen to bring up the controls. Tap the Settings (gear) icon, then tap Video Quality. You should see options for higher and lower quality video. This setting is only available on the yoga apps.

3. Web only: Try a different browser. Down Dog works best with Safari, Firefox, and Chrome.

If your entire practice is flipped, check to make sure you don't have the mirroring function turned on! Here's how:

1. Start a practice
2. Tap the screen to bring up the controls, then tap the Settings (gear) icon
3. Toggle Mirror Video on or off to flip the display

You can change between different video qualities! Start a practice, then tap the screen to bring up the controls. Tap the Settings (gear) icon in the controls, then tap Video Quality. You should see options for higher and lower quality video. This setting is only available on the yoga apps.

If your CAST BUTTON is not showing up:

1. Start a practice, then tap the screen to show the controls. Do you see the cast button (in the top-right cluster of controls on a phone or tablet; in the bottom control row on the web)? We only show the cast button during a practice.

2. Try casting something else (e.g. YouTube) from the same device. Do you see a cast button then? If not, make sure your Chromecast-enabled device (such as a TV) is turned on and is on the same WiFi network as your computer or your phone/tablet. If you're on a computer, make sure you're using Chrome.

3. Try casting from a different device. If you were using a phone or tablet, try casting from the web app on your computer, and vice versa.

4. Try turning off battery optimization for the Down Dog app(s) on your phone. This will let the app keep communicating with your Chromecast device, instead of going into power saving mode after a few minutes of inactivity.

If you're "CONNECTED" but the video doesn't play:

First, make sure that you're waiting long enough for Down Dog to load on your TV. Loading can take up to 60 seconds. During this time your TV will initially show a yellow "loading" bar across the bottom, then fade to black. Your TV will show the video once it has finished loading.

If your TV screen is still black after 60 seconds, or if the words "Down Dog" appear in the middle of a black screen, exit your practice and try again. You can restart the same practice from the Activity tab — tap Practice History, then tap the practice.

If your cast DISCONNECTS after a few minutes of playback:

1. Check your WiFi signal strength. If your Chromecast or phone/computer has a weak signal, you can improve the signal strength using a WiFi extender or by moving it closer to your router.

2. Turn off battery optimization for the Down Dog app(s) on your phone. This will let the app keep communicating with your Chromecast device, instead of going into power saving mode after a few minutes of inactivity.

3. If that doesn't fix the issue, you can also try restarting your router.

4. Finally, try editing your phone's stored wifi connection settings to use a static IP address.

Yoga Nidra is audio only - there will be no video!

Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing guided meditation. You can find it under Practice Type. A lot of people enjoy setting the Music to Nature Sounds, Ambient, Brainwaves or Piano & Strings in the app ... try out a few and see which one you prefer!

If you're new to Yoga Nidra, we recommend listening to it with Instruction set to Full Explanation or Default.

You can also use Yoga Nidra to fall asleep. After selecting Yoga Nidra as your Practice Type, tap Boost and tap Sleep!

Go to the Account tab and tap Support. Type your message — any bugs, questions, or concerns — and tap Submit. We'll get back to you by email.

You can also send feedback about a specific practice while you're in it: open the settings during playback and tap Send Feedback. This attaches the practice you're on so we have the full context.
